Now, what more if the dough should be kneaded manually by the bakers? No matter how much they love baking, they would pretty sure feel like their arms are being tortured. The real drawback, however, is the price. One dough mixer that is meant for commercial purposes would probably cost you over ,000, something you really do not need to have at home. However, if you are starting a bakery or a bread business, by all means, this type of dough mixer will definitely make life a lot easier.
